Conference Deadlines & Reminders

MARCH 1

1. ALL DIGITAL UPLOADS for SC HOSA SLC – check you guidelines, as many have changed what will /will not require a digital uploads.
2. IEP forms Digital Uploads or emailed to schosa@outlook.com (for those competing in Interviewing Skiils, Personal Care, Life Support and Speaking Skills)
3. Payment Deadline for all registration fees & admin fees.
4. Outstanding HOSA Member Photos
5. Chapter Photos
6. Barbara James, National and State Service Project entries. All hours and money must be approved by Advisor by this date.
All registration fees PAID. Registration fees may be mailed to: SC HOSA, PO Box 866, Lexington, SC 29071. Or you may pay your registration and admin fees (if they apply) here.

1. Read your Competitive and Recognition Event Guidelines
2. All written tests will take place the week of TBD. This includes all first round and testing ONLY events.
3. The HOSA Code of Coduct must be followed at all times by STUDENT, ADVISORS, CHAPERONES & GUESTS.
4. All phones should be in the off posistion during competitions, general and awards sessions.
5. Only TWO teams per school may participate in Health Career Display
6. Only three students/teams from the same school can compete in any other event.

1. NO REFUNDS after this date (all registrations in the CMS are the responsibility of the school) and are due by March 1st.
2. Last day to register for the conference without a $25 administrative fee.
a. After this date, changes & additions are accepted through Feb. 24 with a $25 administrative fee per occurance.
b. Deletions are accepted now & throughout the conference without a $25 administrative fee. However, the $85 registration will still apply.
3. After this date, you will no longer have access to your on-line (CMS) conference registration. If you need assistance, you will need to contact schosa@outlook.com
