- Registration fee- $90/person
- All individuals entering the conference area and participating in conference events must pay the registration fee.
- Registration will include a t-shirt and two snacks (Thursday evening- light snack, and Friday, light lunch)
- Registration fees also cover space, conference supplies, & activities offered
- Online Conference Registration begins, on November 15, 2024
- Conference Registration DEADLINE is February 10, 2025
- Hotel Reservations begin, on January 6, 2025 (Embassy rooms typically fill up within a few minutes of room reservations opening)
- Average hotel room cost will be approximately $210 (including tax) per night for a room of 4.
- All hotels will provide breakfast on Thursday & Friday mornings.
- Hotel Check-In time is 4 PM
- DEADLINE for room reservations, February 17, 2025
- All schools/participants MUST be registered for the conference online BEFORE you submit a hotel/rooming list form
- You MUST complete a 2025 SLC “Conference Verification” form to request a hotel/rooming list form
- The Conference Verification form will open on January 6, 2025, at 8 AM.
- All SC HOSA-approved hotels, amenities, descriptions and pricing will be posted on the SLC page by December 15
- All conference attendees MUST stay in a SC HOSA-approved hotel OR your students will be disqualified from the competition
