I understand by agreeing to the Cancellation policy, SC HSE requires notification in writing (an email is acceptable; however, you should save the email for confirmation at a later date if necessary) of any cancellations in registration(s) on or before October 15, 2023. Otherwise, I will be responsible for the full submitted registration payment and will not be entitled to a refund.
