Registration fee- $90/person
Online Conference Registration begins, Dec. 15, 2025, DEADLINE is Feb 10, 2026.

1.  Refer to the SC HOSA Calendar of Events for all specific deadlines.

2.  Hotel reservations will open on January 12, 2026, at 8 AM.

     a. Embassy rooms tend to fill up within minutes of the reservation opening.

     b.  All conference attendees must stay in a HOSA-approved hotel; failure to do so may result in disqualification from the competition.

     c.  The average cost for a hotel room is approximately $225 – $250 (including tax) per night for a room accommodating four people.

     d.  Breakfast will be provided by all hotels on Thursday and Friday mornings.

     e.  The deadline for making room reservations is February 21, 2026.

3.  All schools and participants must register for the conference online before requesting a hotel or rooming list form.

4.  To request a hotel or rooming list form, you must complete the 2026 SLC Conference Verification form.

     a.  This form will be available on the State Conference page starting December 15, along with a list of all HOSA-approved hotels, their amenities, and pricing.
