All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Email notification is acceptable; however, please retain a copy for your records. Cancellations received on or after October 19, 2026, are NOT eligible for a refund. If payment has not yet been made, the registrant remains responsible for the full registration fee if the cancellation is submitted after the October 19 deadline.
