All Hotels will provide breakfast daily, shuttle to HOSA sponsored events and most provide complimentary Wi-Fi. All rates quoted included any applicable taxes and fees.
Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM.
PLEASE NOTE: If you submit your Conference Registration Verification form prior to the Hotel opening date, January 9th, you will receive a hotel approval form on January 9th.
You must obtain a hotel approval form to make your Hotel reservations. You will receive this form ONLY when you have completed the Conference Registration Verification Form. Hotel preferences will be filled on a first come, first served basis. As hotels are filled and become unavailable they will be removed from the choices on the conference registration verification form. Fill out your hotel rooming form, as quickly as possible. You are not guaranteed any hotel until you receive confirmation from the hotel.
**Once you start your application, you must finish, you can not start the process and come back to the application.**
If a member of your chapter is entering competition in the Barbara James Service Award or the Outstanding HOSA Member, register the student for the event in order for it to be picked up in the registration system’s reports. In some cases – HOSA Happenings, HOSA Chapter Reflection, National Service Project (NAMI- National Alliance on Mental Illness) – the entire chapter may have participated in the project. In these cases, select one student in your chapter and register him or her in the appropriate category so the registration system will automatically generate your chapter in the report.
(IMPORTANT –you must check the National Service Project Box, BJ Box, or MRC Volunteer Box by February 10, 2018 you must register to be considered eligible to compete. You may continue to enter any approve hours, and money until March 1st. All monies entered after that cannot be guaranteed to be included in the conference totals)
In addition to entering a student in the National Service Project category in the online registration system, A copy of your receipt or a copy of your check (or P.O. for check request) must be submitted by email no later than March 1, 2018 to ANGEL CLARK at email@example.com
