For the 2022 – 2023 School Year,

Your HOSA Advisor (teacher) will need to register you as a HOSA member.  

Membership year is from August 1, 2022 – July 31, 2023

If you would like to complete a membership INTEREST form, click here.

All completed forms will be forwarded to your HOSA advisor at your high school or career center.
