2018 SC HSE Presenter Proposal Form

 

 

As a vendor, you must be a conference sponsor to present at the SC HSE Conference. Sponsor form can be found within the “Vendor Registration” form.

There is a limit of 2 vendors per day (Thursday & Friday).   

October 25th (or until all slots are filled) is the deadline for all Presenter forms.
