Get Involved with HOSA!

What is a Partnership ?

Opportunities exist for health-related organizations and those who support educational programs to become involved with HOSA. HOSA’s interests lie in working collaboratively with the healthcare community and stakeholders.

Why Does HOSA Need Partnerships?

HOSA is committed to preparing future healthcare professionals. Our members will someday be your members, employees, or customers. In order to provide the right opportunities for HOSA members, we need to form collaborative partnerships with the healthcare community.

2018 Outstanding Partner of the Year

Alfred (Al) Squire of Greenville Health Systems (GHS).

Al serves as the Director of the Medical Experience (MedEx) Academy at GHS.  MedEx Academy is a one of a kind student program to create interest in the healthcare field.

Al has helped more than 500 students from diverse backgrounds connect to their future careers.

We are honored to have the support of Mr. Squire on our SC HOSA Board of Directors.

He has been an active participant in board meetings, planning meetings, and speaking engagements at fall and state HOSA conferences as well as health science conferences.  Al, “gets it” and he understands the platform that HOSA has available to help students follow their dream of being a future health professional.

Congratulations to Al Squire and GHS for partner of the year.  We hope to continue our partnership for many years to come and have you as an advocate for SC HOSA.
