Denise Johnson, a recent graduate of Michael E. DeBakey
High School for Health Professions, Houston, Texas received a $1000 HOSA
scholarship provided by NCHSTE. Denise’s career goal is to become a
pediatrician. She will be a freshman at Stanford University in Pal Alto,
California this fall. In addition to this award, Denise Johnson was the
first place winner in Dental Spelling, one of fifty-five events in the
HOSA competitive events program. |
